rv junk yard or......

Postby moreforles » Wed Nov 12, 2008 9:14 pm

if you don't mind used doors, try the junk yard, you can usually find popups with the two pc door.

or a class C with the screen door assembly. I have an rv I've been stripping for a few months... that's one of more than a the few things I still have to remove before it gets scrapped - 30+' Alegra class A

the side (full sized screen door assembly)
the driver side door (a little shorter, but wider than the standard screen door)
15' awning
onan generator
rv commode
assortment of rv windows w/screens
windshield ?

Ive used the top half of one from a touring caravan, including the frame. mainly because or the ease, as there is no problem with warping wood and having to rely on fitting trim strips and seals to keep out the weather
here is a picture of it in its freshly fitted state

and one with a window taken from another door
