Need opinions on price

I've found two Wazats that I'm very interested in but want to get other's opinions on the prices. One is a new 2010 that is wired for electricity and water and has air conditioning. They're asking $5100 at a dealership. The other is a 2010 with electricity only. It's going to be auctioned off next week. Just not sure what to expect to pay - Any ideas out there?
