My wife and I are totally new to the travel trailer game. We just purchased a 1958 Metz and are slated to pick it up on 3/20. We are elated to own one as we have wanted one for quite a while now. I am a Manager for an aerospce company and my wife is a daycare provider. we love vintage items of any kind. Look forward to someday meeting some of you.

Thanks. We will try to make it to the gathering. We are planning a trip up the coast of Maine the last week in June. The Metz will make it much more pleasant.

Rick & Nancy: We are just across the river from you in Chatham. Just got back from Maine, were visiting our son in Orono. Had friends in Rockland for many years, now they have moved to Arizona, but summer in Maine. We have made a lot of trips to Maine,we like the beach in Ogunquit, Perkins Cove, Owls Head transportation museum, and have been to Bar Harbor. Haven't done much camping in Maine though, most of the trips were to either Ogunquit or friends' house. Mary & Bob
