New to the forum although I have been here a lot as of late and have been reading the posts of a bunch of very talented people that have inspired me to build my own teardrop, I have welded a frame and purchased a lot of the parts that will be in the trailer. I have NOT purchased any plans and have no previous experience building a camper other than having to re - plum my 27ft travel trailer. I did build a small trailer 15years ago to carry camp gear and luggage not the same that’s for sure. I will be asking you all tons of questions and hope to be able to share the build as I go. The pics of the frame build all have accidently been deleted from the camera so I can’t post anything at the moment. Talk to ya soon 8) [/b]

Welcome,

Nice to have a Chilliwackian on the forum. I like the quote in your signature block.

I'm kinda jealous... it was almost as much fun building as it is camping. good luck with your project!

Welcome fellow Canadian. I was in the same boat as you almost a year ago. I spent a ton of time on the site with all the great people contributing. I did not use any plans as I felt I would be customizing it anyway. I was hoping to have it done for late fall of last year but didnt quite make it...Other than that it has been a lot of fun. I have started working at it hard again and it will be ready for the spring. No regrets so far. Check ot my build pics and dont hesitate to ask questions . Everybody on this site has been great..
