Hello, I'm Pete from Portland Texas. I am just finishing up building a Hovercraft and now am looking to build a teardrop for my wife and I to do some beach camping. I think my skill set from the hover will work well for this, fiberglassing and epoxy. I look foreward to using the great info I have seen so far on your site. There is a wealth of info here, and I need it! If your ever here, and see a fool on a hover in the bay, say hello! I have done several rv repairs and really want to build a Teardrop.

Hi Pete,

Glad to have another Texan on the forum. Take a look at the South Central section for area gatherings. We're not going to make it, but there is a May event at Crystal Beach. Stop by and take a look at the wide varieties of TDs and TTTs.
