I work for a custom Cabinetry shop in Oregon, and have use of all equipment including CNC nested based routers. I program this equipment all day long. One of my workers made a harbor freight style tear in our shop, and it got my wheels spinning. Here is a design that I have been working on. If anybody see's a problem, I am all ears. I really like the looks of the grasshopper style.
