After eliminating all of the potential problems, alignment, over inflation etc. the other potential problem is that the tires are not suitable for your load range. What size are the wheels/tires what is the load range of the tires, how much does the trailer weigh loaded...
Did you have a problem with the tires prior to spring repair, were they on long enough to know, how old is the trailer... I think you can see where I am going with this.
Tire pressure is also a big factor, most/many trailer tires are 90 psi not 35 as with a car.
