Newbe from Centerview Missouri. Hello

Postby michaelgatson » Sun Jun 28, 2009 11:41 pm

I am a newbe and just started getting my plans and Ideas to start building a teardrop. I have just started thinking about a trailer for about 2 months and have already got some great ideas and wonderful hints.

I think you all are great and hope to get this built soon.

Thank you

Hi Mike, welcome to the forum. If you are from good ol' MO, you can't be all bad. Expect a welcome post from a fellow Missourian......Aunti M. She'll set you straight. I suggest you go and see a teardrop somewhere in your local area, there has to be one. After all a good look-see, is worth a thousand pictures. Good luck on your build, take pics, you'll never have another chance, (until you build the second one).

Welcome Mike
Centerville is alot like Rayville you have to do a map quest to find it. Well actually Centerville has us beat, at least it stay's on the map when your not searching for it Rayville disappears.

Looking forward to watching you build and meeting you at a gathering someday.

I'm a close to MO. I live on the IL side of St. Louis. I head to Lake of the Ozarks frequently. Welcome! It's a wonderful community here. I don't have a handbuilt, I bought a Little Guy Silver Shadow 5x10. I love it.

Welcome from the Kansas side of the state line. The midwest bunch is a great group. Check out the North Central section, near the bottom of this forum, for gatherings around MO, KS, etc. :cheerswine:

Hi! If your in Centerview, give Dana a call at Missouri Teardrops. He's right in your neighborhood! You won't be disappointed in the trailers or the GREAT service. We've been very pleased with our experience with him and recommend him highly! :beautiful:

THANK YOU.

I want to thank everyone with this site. I have not been very active posting here but I do visit and read these posts.

The Benroy Plans I downloaded were a huge help. I thank Mikenchell for making them available. I also want to thank the RayVillans who helped me with some wonderful ideas.

Yes I know it took me longer than anyone else to build their trailer but after two years of dragging my feet and having life interupt me. I have finished my trailer. I am taking it out for the first run this next weekend.

Again thank you all for your help and insperation.
