Hello from the Mile High City

Postby Trainman45 » Tue Nov 01, 2011 11:33 am

Hi everyone,
My name is Tim from Denver. About a year ago I was wondering what I was going to do when I retired. Then one night I was watching the Retirement Channel on cable, and they were talking about Fulltime RVing. Bingo.!! That was it for me. So I went to one of the big RV shows last winter all excited to check them all out. I was so sad walking out of there....

My little 1500 Chevy pickup could not pull most of them, even the truck slide-in campers were too heavy, including the pop-up truck campers.
I have been on the computer researching camping ever since, and found a link to the Cargo Trailer Conversions here on this forum. Thank you, Thank you.!! :worship:

I am back to Bingo.!! I can pull a cargo trailer. All the info and builds on here with the cargo trailers is amazing. Just want to Thank Mike for starting this wealth of info forum.

Welcome Tim....

I live in Littleton and my brother and I built the Cherry Drop in 2006, she now has over 30,000 miles on her.... I've seen some cool cargo trailers but admit I LOVE my teardrop! This is THE board to be on! Build it, Let's go camping!
