Hi all! I've been reading this forum for the last few months researching what I wanted to build. Thanks to everyone for all the great info! I am about 4 days into building my wife and I's teardrop and having a blast with it so far. We decided to go with the Kuffel Creek Cubby 8 plans. We now have the walls up, insulated, wires pulled, and bulkhead walls done!

Thanks, I am just in the beginning stages, trying to gather ideas and determine which design I want to build. I'm not a welder, but I can do a bit of woodworking as can been seen on my 1950 Ford F5 Truck ( http://bit.ly/x1KyAy ) that you noticed. A have a friend (mechmagcn) from the Ford Truck Enthusiast site who has a really nice TD that he built, when I told him that I wanted to build one he steered me here.
I was shopping for a base trailer (on a budget) and ended up with a boat & trailer for $100. The boat will be given to a buddy who helps me a lot, for his pond.
The trailer is a bit heavy and has a long tongue, but since I want to pull it with 'Edith' the hitch on the truck will be nearly 2' forward from the rear bumper of the truck
