Newbie greetings from South Carolina

Figured I better check in here before I get too much farther along on my build and lose my newbie status. First, I want to say this is a great forum. My hobbies over the years have taken me to a lot of online forums, and I can say without a doubt that this is the best and most informative of any that I have seen. I am a retired federal bureaucrat (yes, your tax dollars at work) and my hobbies seem to go in 5 year cycles. The 58 Cushman Eagle in my avatar is one of those hobby phases from several years ago (and no, it is not going to be my tow vehicle). I am in the early stages of building a modified 5X10 Weekender and have already started my build journal. I have posted my concept plans in the journal but a lot of details are still on the drawing boards. I am sure that I will have lots of questions as my project proceeds, and I'm looking forward to a lot of good chatter with all my new found friends here at tnttt.
