Greetings, all. I am trying to follow the instructions on the forum and read lots before I post, but I want to at least say Hi. I feel I have jumped a major hurdle today after getting the permanent trailer tag from the DMV. My teardrop trailer was built out of state by a Nebraska craftsman and we brought it back last month, via New Mexico to our home near Joshua Tree National Park. I have lots of questions but will look for the most appropriate place to post. Of course they include things like how to clean and polish the aluminum, electrical (yikes), the realm of the possible regarding coolers and heaters, where some folks got the really cool cabanas (not sure what you call them) that cover the campsite, how to best arrange loads in the teardrop. So I will farm these questions out and when I get to my other computer try to load some photos.

Best, and looking forward to learning from you,
Stephanie

thanks for the reach out...I got a picture of our teardrop to load as my avatar. I've got a work project the next 6 months that will keep me pretty busy, but I hope to be able to make a gathering soon!

Best,
Stephanie

Welcome to the Forum Stephanie.

So who is the person in Nebraska that build those. I’m just wondering. I found a few pictures of a nice teardrop on a ladys page ( theblondecoyote.com ). I swear it is that teardrop you have. There can’t be too many of these around.

Does your Galley slide out the back, and that is a small pop-up mesh screen area on top?

If so that is sweet. I just posted this picture to another thread to give a person an ideal of a pop-up roof.
