My other half works at Kodak (with IP lawyers, very often) and confirms that Kodak most often hires third-party photographers for its sample images rather than doing that in-house and that this appears to be one of those folks. So it does, indeed look legit. Would have liked to post this earlier, but couldn't get confirmation until now. Just a heads-up.
