Great pictures. I noticed an oven in one shot. Looks like you are a real cook - does the oven do the job? Also, you have a variety of awnings in your pictures - are they for variety or did you come up with a favorite? Thanks Pat :applause:

thanks
Like I said, half the fun is outfitting it.

Oven, works OK, I've cooked a soufflé' Grand Marnier on it. It's collapsible but can be a little temperamental in holding the racks and keeping it together. I was planning on using it for warming rolls (pre-made) but found using Cast Iron skillet with cover and crinkled foil inside. Put the rolls (apple fritters eh :D ) on top of the crinkled foil, lid on time over low heat... Dutch oven?? seems to work..

Awnings, have several, found the 12x12 (not sure how they come up with those dimensions, works the best although a little too high. just need to drill some new holes to bring the top down. Red one was a 10x10, but in rain, they all drop by 2 feet, 10x10 = 8x8 in the rain. So went with the 12x12 (10x10 in the rain), seems to work but next plan is just to put up 2 of them.

Hope that helps... look forward to some pics on the first camp-out, the maiden voyage so-to-speak.. heheh... :applause:
