A thought for you, many local news groups try to help people that have been cheated by a business. It might worth calling your local news group/s and see if they would try to help you ... it gives them a news-worthy topic and a human interest issue!!

I was telling my wife about what I told you and she reminded me of several instances where Phoenix - Channel 3 and Channel 5 went out and helped people get their money back from unscrupulous business like contractors failing to finish a job, taking money and never doing the work, etc. The best neat part is that this all comes out on the evening news! Everyone that watches the news hears about it and even authorities are notified when applicable. This really hits a business where it hurts ... in the old pocket book

You might try calling all your local TV news stations and see if they have anything like that ... again, good luck from a transplanted desert Rat and nail the Rascal
