Postby davfoe » Sun May 20, 2007 10:14 pm

:D This site is great I've only been here for a couple hours and am very impressed with the wealth of information available. Way to go People!
I am a new Builder ,Started at the begining of April 2007 with a friend and am almost done (accept for a few problems).

:)
I will look thru the old posts to find the answers before asking tho.

A little about me: From Pueblo,Colorado, 46 years young and enough grey to prove/disprove it. Why I am building a Tear Drop: The past 3 years I've lost my Father,Sister in law, Older brother then Younger brother. My mother then Moved to CoSprings (the best thing she could have done) with her sister (my aunt). I was also going to leave (sold everything I owned) and was going to travel and live in a tent for a while. Well a friend of mine said We should build a TearDrop to replace the tent. Ok Says I and have been staying at his place till We'r done. I very good and patient friend. Any way got to go for now.
Hello Again. Dave Sorry for the sob story.

Sorry about your loss. But good luck on your build and make sure you take some picture for show and tell. Really sound like you are onto a new begining. I would love to sell everything to travel but don't think the wife will go for that. Oh well have to wait till we retire. :)

Welcome to the forum davfoe, and please accept my expression of sorrow for your family loses. You have gone thru a lot.

About where you live...we have been to Pueblo many times to the Rocky Mountain Street Rod Nationals and always have a great time in Pueblo and the beautiful state of Colorado.

As a matter of fact, I own a '38 Chevy I bought from a guy that lived in Pueblo at that time. Bought it back in '94.

Additionally, we are planning a camping trip to the mountains of Colorado this summer in the teardrop, so maybe we can run into you somewhere up there.
