New builder on board

Postby Tigger » Wed Jun 27, 2007 6:21 am

Hi all, just found and joined your site yesterday and it looks like you have a great group here.

I've been wanting to build a teardrop for years and bought plans from www.desertteardrops.com a few years back. I just started the project this weekend 6/23/07 and posted the pics in my album for those who are interested.

I'm sure to have questions as I go along and by the quality of the builds and rebuilds I've seen on this site I'm sure to find the answers.

Image to the playground Tigger. You have a great start on a teardrop. Thanks for the pictures too.

Ask all the questions you like and feel free to jump in and give advice as you can.

Hi Tigger!

Welcome aboard! It looks like you have a nice start on your frame. That makes your build "official" and now we can start teasing you about how long it takes you to build it. (Mine build has stretched out three years and counting  )

I have a night shirt with Tigger on the front, but somehow I don't think it's a picture of you!

Joanne

Thanks all for the welcome! I hope to get back to work on it this weekend after a trip to Tractor Supply for a couple of stabilizer jacks and hangers for the springs.

Joanne, I sure hope my tear doesn't take 3 years to build  I'm having so much fun I'm already planning the next one
