I am from Virginia & my name is Larry. As you can probably tell by my sign in name, I am a "ham" (amateur) radio operator. In addition to the outdoors, I am an avid reader as well as a paraglider (somewhat like flying a hang glider, but with only a parchute). We fly as often as we can from a number of different places both in and out of the country.
My question : about 1-2 months ago I saw an article, I believe in one our newspapers, of a very tiny camper, which was not a tent camper, and it appeared to be smaller than the teardrop campers. It was a commercially manufactured camper, perhaps made in Europe, but I am not certain of that. On the internet it appeared to be quite nicely made and only decreased gasoline mileage minimally. If I remember correctly the cost of these was in the neighborhood of about $5,000 to $7,000, depending on the options.
It almost looked like something which could be pulled behind a motorcycle, although it was not advertised that way.
I cannot remember the name of the manufacturer and have searched the internet in vain trying to locate this. It certainly looks very interesting to me since I like to keep things as minimal as possible.
I would appreciate any assistance you might be able to provide.
Thanks
