Pictures are easy just get a free account on a site like Photobucket and they can size the pictures for you...then all you have to do is click on Img Code and paste here...

There are some free image sizers too

Microsoft Pictures should allow sizing.. Look under attributes, properties or something like that..Try the help in the program too...

I don't know how to resize any of my pictures so I can create an avatar and only have Microsoft Picture It which doesn't allow any alterations - but maybe it's my own computer ignorance.

Bring up picture left click on it hit edit go to image click attributes this will tell you what size it is if too big click "OK" now click image fill in the 100% with maybe 75 % treat each the same or your picture gets a bit distorted click "OK" and save. Sound complicated but I'm computer challenged and I can muddle thru it. Get them pic's out or auntie M will get after you.
