Hi Bruce, welcome to the board and the world of teardrops and tiny travel trailers. If you are like some of us, you will be downloading pics and info on different trailers and doing some planning on what you plan to build. Often times, we've even been known to fall asleep with visions of the building process dancing in our heads.

I hope the next few months fly by uneventfully and you will be able to settle down into retirement with ease. Let us know what part of the US you hail from, there may be some trailer builders in your neck of the woods to offer encouragement along with displaying their builds.

I want to thank you for your continued effort over in Iraq, taking care of business and keeping us safe here at home. Your many years of service are a reminder of your determination, thank you again. Keep the trailer dream at the top of your list and do let us know when the big trailer construction day arrives. We are here to help. Be safe.

Roly, US Army, used-to-be (1954-1956)

Welcome and thanks for being there. I am glad to hear you are ready to retire and certainly a well deserved one at that. I will keep you and all our men and woman over there in my prayers as always and look forward to seeing your design progress.

I cant wait to get my surgery out of the way to get to work on my first tear as well. I am so anxious its just killing me to have to wait. I like your design but there have been some really good suggestions and concerns to your build and many more to come from what I have seen from this board. Its a wealth of knowledge.
My Idea of plans are a tape measure, a saw and a dream.

SFC Hall,

I want to pass along a big THANK YOU for your service to our country! You and the rest of our armed services are the reason that we can be here building our teardrops. :applause:  :applause:

That said, welcome aboard the crazy bus. I look forward to seeing your build when you get back here. I'm assuming the military wouldn't be real happy for you to start your build while you are over there.

Be safe!

to the playground SFC Hall soon to be Bruce.

Thank you so much for serving our country. You and your team are appreciated.

Now, there really is no reason you can't build a Teardrop over there. Perhaps the government can consider it cultural relations and pay for the materials. Certainly sounds like a good idea to me. 8)

Enjoy the site ;)

Welcome Bruce and thank you for your service. You guys and gals are doing a great job over there. Hurry up and get home so you can get into teardroppin' full time. Be looking forward to meeting you at some future gathering.

Stay safe and stay strong and we will hold you in our prayers until you return. :worship:

Until then enjoy and if you have any questions, just ask, someone here is bound to have an answer.
