Greetings,

My name is Patrick. I'm from Houston, TX but currently live in Chiapas, Mexico and serve here as a missionary. Soon my wife Roxana, daughter Gabby and I will be moving back to Texas.

I've been checking out losts on this website lately. Found it by accident but glad I did! I was originally looking to put up a roof-top tent on my 4Runner but then somehow wandered onto this site.

After sharing this site with my wife she began to like the little trailer idea more than the roof top tent. She's just as excited as I am about building a TTT. I know she'll me my motivator if I lose any motivation along the way.

After seeing lots of pictures and posts I'm not sure if I want a tear or non-tear, but I know it has to be off-road capable. Can someone point me into the direction of Aluminum built T&TTTs?

Thanks.
Patrick

Patrick,
Check under the Teardrop and Tiny Travel Trailer heading on the top of this page. Click on the design Library or Vintage or Generic Benroy plans. I believe those plans are all free. Check them out.
Good luck on your future build.

Pat ( do I here and echo ) you might try this THREAD on a light weight Modernistic pulled by a Zuki. ;)

Just do a search at the top. It will have several listings in the forum. If you have a HF ( not to be confused with Harbor Freight - HIGH FREQUENCY )TIG and can weld or know some one that can then you are in luck. ;)

God bless you, p_woy! You will have a blast building a tear or whatever. You can keep it real simple or get as fancy as you want! the only difference will be time, money, and of course the stare factor!
God Bless

Thanks for the welcome. :) My wife and I are still in Mexico and probably won't be back in Texas until late November or early December. But once we get there I plan on starting the mock up for our trailer. I'll be sure to start a thread and post plenty of pics.

Image to the playground Patrick and family. Any TD or TTT can be made of aluminum and we have some members who are extraordinary at it. If you need guidance just ask. Oh and take lots of :pictures: :pictures: :pictures: to keep that bubble oil level. 8)

Thanks for serving too.
