I have a five wide teardrop can you buy 5' plywood?
Or Will I have to put a seam down the middle?

Any Help would be appreciated.

I called all over SLC trying to find 5' plywood. Unless you want to use Baltic Birch, it's real tough to find. MacBeaths has BB.

I am running into the same problem.

Any advice on where to put the seam? down the middle or off centered?

I put 1/8 across to accommodate the 6' wide. I don't think I would want to trim the seam down the middle curve.

Thanks that was my idea as well,

I used to live in Blue Springs Missouri, I was transfered to Utah with work, I do miss Missouri but Utah has great camping.

You could go with a luan or cheaper ply and use a glued in headliner...no problem with seams, it seems...the problem I see is getting big sheets through the doors of a closed in tear....

I like the looks of that! What did you use for the head liner?

I used sand beige marine hull liner http://www.yourautotrim.com/sabemahu.html...Congratulation and I really like your trailer. I was just thinking how hard it is to fit large pieces of ply through small doors. A headliner might give you a little forgiveness in fitting and not worrying about seams...if done right!!!

Thanks for the link, the galley has not been installed yet so getting large pieces in should not be a problem. if the hull liner rough like carpet or softer?

Hull liner is a a little softer and and flexible than carpet

Ok just discover a problem teardrop is only 58 1/2 inches wide and a queen mattress is 60 inches

Thanks all, that is what I am going to use, will it stick to brown underlayment? just thinking of cost.

Get foam and cut off +1 inch to fit. Or get a Knox Foam to custom cut one. They will make you one with a custom cover too.
