New Guy in KY

Hey everyone... I have been lurking around here for sometime now. My wife and I live in Corbin Ky, Me 47: I am originally from the Hudson Valley NY, My wife 41 is originally from South Florida, we have a 13 year old son (Collin) who occupies a lot of our time. Absolutely love the site! We have had several Rv's, late models and vintage, I feel I am knowledgable in the rv world, but have an urge to build one from a cargo/utility trailer. I would like to go with a V-nose 5x8, recently I just downsized my vehicle from a truck to a Honda Odyssey, so my towing capacity is @ 3500#. So I would appreciate thoughts anyone has. Our last rv was a Little Guy, we had fun with it. I bought a 6x12 trailer to build, but I think it's just to big for the mini van. input welcome, 6x12 is for sale!

Welcome Lambo. Being our neigboring state you are in a good position to consider our Spring Gathering (May 20-23) at Spring Mill State Park in Mitchell, IN.

There are several campers from Kentucky and from Tennessee and other surrounding states that regularly attend so don't feel like a stranger.
