Hello Everyone.
I have been lurking here quite a while and finally decided to register to ask a question in the General forum. My tow Vehicle will be my Jeep TJ, and I will be building a lifted version of the teardrop. I plan on sheathing it in Aluminum, and making it slightly larger than usual 6'x10'. I will be building a second 4'x8' woodie to pull behind the minivan in case the wife wants to go.
We are currently stationed in Sitka AK (she is in the Coast Guard), but we have orders to go to the Eureka area this summer, so I have put off the build plans until then. This will allow me plenty of time to read through all of the amazing resources on this forum. I have seen more useful information on this forum (pretaining to the site subject) than any other forum I have been on.
I found this site through Expedition Portal which I also frequent because that is the style of offroading and camping that I do.
