Hey from Canberra.
I really do want to thank you all for such an informative resource, I’ve been sniffing around for a while, working on my design and trying to solve some issues and with all of your help I think I’m getting there.
The wife, son and I love to camp, got a rock solid tent and usually a few tarps that get strung up, I’m a designer and want to build something a little more comfortable.
We’re travelling to the UK in August so I won’t be able to start ‘till May, but wanted to get some advice.
I was initially going to buy a bolt-together 2440x1525mm (8’x5’) trailer from easy trailer but since I have access to welding equipment and some co-worker expertise I might give it a shot myself…
I loved Thomas’ build and am running with that kind of shape and finish.
I ‘spose it’s off to the Member Designs discussion…
