Hey everyone , im john aka billygoat, i have loved td,s from childhood. i spent many summers traveling with my parent in larger trailers and have always had a vagabond lifestyle. so... its time to start my td project. i have done some lurking here the last few days. what a great site . so much info and it seems like really good folks around here. im in the planning stage of my build but hope to have something complete for a 3week 2500 mile trip in aug.

i am planning a modernica/cub profile roughly 9 ft ish x 5ft and i have been toying with a sunbrella and vinyl top(we mostly summer camp) but if not a alu floating top with wood stained sides.
