How tiny does your Trailer need to be?

I'm a newbie here & I have been lurking a bit. Trying to decide if my trailer is small enough to become accepted into your Tiny Trailer group

I have a Yellowstone Travel Trailer and it's a 16' (including the hitch) so it's more like 13' in actual 'camper' length. It's a very cute trailer. I can stand up in it, but my husband cannot, is that short enough!

I've had it now for almost 3 summers, but I am still working on restoring it. Unfortunately I spent too much time on other projects last summer (definition: goofing off) & I'm hoping on getting it done this summer.
I'm very motivated as my youngest will be turning 4 this summer and the last time we camped (in my now sold tent trailer, bleah) was the summer before he was conceived!

I am always looking for tips, inspiration and restoration ideas from people such as yourselves, so hopefully you all will keep me motivated and on track to a full restoration be time summer if over!

Well, I am one of those. We now have an 18 foot.....they say, at least our group, they won't shun us. We had The Route 66 Tear Drop for the last two years, but sold it and gave our kids the 12 foot Kamparoo. That leaves us with the 18 ft,,,,Cajun Lady just bought a vintage Scottie that is 18 ft...
We have friend that have 13 ft vintage standee, and several of the builds are that big so come on and join in the fun....will look forward to meeting you...As long as they let us come...Queenie Jeanne

18' huh? I feel better now!

I love my 16'-er. I'll be just perfect for our size of family. I wish we could have been camping this year, but I couldn't have imagined camping with 2 very active & hyper boys in that small tent trailer we had. Mine was a 'camp-lite' and just about the smallest one around. I actually saw a smaller one just once ever, but I think it was rare.
