Looking to find a builder

I'm considering finding someone willing to convert a basic enclosed cargo (5x12 plus or minus) to a basic road travel trailer. I am in NE Ohio

I've been looking for 13' Scamps that I think would be ideal....hard to find.
Other micro travel trailer are 10k new! Surely I can take a cargo trailer and do a conversion for less. I just don't have the time. Anyone for hire?

Specifications should be simple and straight forward. I am a "function over form" person. Not visa versa.

13' max length
1000 lbs total weight or less
Windows for light and ventilation all four side
bed that sleeps two
Porta-putty
small 120 volt air conditioner.
basic sink and table
if there will be water for a sink, why not plumb for basic outdoor or even small indoor shower

Check the for sale section. James Worley has a cargo conversion for sale there. Very nice trailer.
