Hi there,

I found this forum after constructing most of my Camper, wish I would have seen some of the hints when I was building it.

I have a 1946 KIT Teardrop Serial #630, a pretty early one.
Everything was rotten when I got it so it has been completley rebuilt and a little customized.

Spent 6mo building, been using it for almost 5mo and 2500mi.
My tow rig is a 59 ElCamino. I'll try and post some pictures.

I just recently got the fenders on, time for some more Washington Blue paint.

A little out of order but you get the scope of the project, might have been easier to start from scratch.

I was able to use the chassis, Title, Al. Walls, Door, and hatch, and some hardware, everything else is new.
I also have some of the original stove parts I will not be using, maybe someone is interested in those, I can put them in the classifieds.
