Is there anyone out here that camps with a teardrop in my area I am new to this ( I am building a new one) I would like to have soe hints and ideas on how to build one .....there are so many people out there that have built a td and they are so nice.thank you all for looking

Welcome to the forum! I'm probably about 1 1/2 hours from you, but there are a a number of people in PA that have teardrops. I actually just sold my first teardrop and will be starting a new build in a few weeks.

Don't be afraid to ask questions on here! Also, there is a Search link at the top of the page that can be very useful.

Good luck and post some pictures if you get a chance!

Hi Dawn.

Yes there is. there are TearJerker members all around you. One as close as Street MD.

We're all very active in Camping, building Teardrops.

Check out tearjerkers.net and look at the Chesapeake and Liberty Bell Chapters.

We just had a gathering at Elk Neck State Park, MD. Lots of fun.

Thanks guys, I have been looking for someone, anyone to ask questions to. Some times you read and read and read some more but you just don't get it ( at least I don't) I will post pic as I get them.right now I just tore my trailer apart. we(my Husband and I are going to shorten it by 2 foot tomorrow.Right now it is a 8x10 too big for a TD.I think What do you think?

8 x 10 sounds like a big teardrop...mine is 5 x 10 and that works just fine by me
