Hello from WV

Postby Mary Ann Turner » Sun Jan 01, 2012 8:52 pm

I am a newbie to the group. I do not have a teardrop but bought a 1964 15' Metzendorf last spring. I belong to the Sisters on the Fly group. My Metz has water damage on the inside and I would like to have the paneling removed & replaced. Unfortunately, I am unable to do this on my own. Anyone know of anybody that renovates vintage trailers on the side? I live in the WV panhandle.

Hey Mary Ann,
Welcome to the forum. I am the Chapter Director of the "Mountaineers of West Virginia" chapter over on TearJerkers. We live in Summersville. I know have to do a research, but there is a guy that lives upstate that does Shasta's and maybe a guy in Ohio that has done a few of those, kits and various teardrops. Do you have pics? Anyway, welcome T&TTT. PM me with any questions that you may have.
MoWV has a gathering every yr the weekend AFTER Bridge Day in Oct.. Hope that you can join us for it next yr. We often camp @ Summersville Dam and the campground Mountain Lake CP.
