Hi everyone i am new to teardrops, rvs, and anything else you can tow behind a vehicle. I recently bought a 18 foot RV in hopes of restoring the thing to my liking.

But as soon as i actually took it out on the road i realized i couldnt really tow it because of the weight (still not sure of what it weighs to be honest) Im not sure whos driving? me in the Isuzu Rodeo or the Camper itself?!?! I learned all of this after i paid for it and hooked it up :R

So i am here looking for a new project....By the way is there anyway to find out the weight of one of these old School trailers?

Its a 72" Kayot Forester If anyone could help me with this that would be Super!

Anyways im sure i will have tons o questions for ya'll in the future!

More than likely from the pic I found on bing that has a heavy frame on it. You can get someone to take it to a truck stop and get the trailer weighed. Good luck!

Welcome to the Forum! You can get it weighed at any Truck stop, city dump, gravel pit, or yard supply place.
Were you tent campers? or are you new to camping too?
If you were tent campers, why not concider as Teardrop??
But unless you are really in need of a project....go buy a "little guy" and save yourself a ton of time and money.
There are some on ebay and trust me they go for way less money than you can buy one for!
Good Luck
