Newbie introduction

Hi All
Just found this site and it may be just what I have been looking for.
As I only have a small car (1.8L Corolla) and have tried the camper trailer idea (to heavy),
a quick look at some of the designs is very encouraging.
My biggest worry is registering in Aust as some of our departments are a bit harsh when
it comes to complying with the rules.
