It looks like we have two Arizona newbies. My name is Adam, I live in Phoenix and now that the summer heat is behind us and my workshop is no longer 120 degrees I'm able to get back to work on my custom teardrop I'm building. Since I started this project I've probably changed gears on my ideas 50 times as to how and what I want for the thing, however, I finally have a concrete plan. A few months ago I got a-hold of a 1964 Ford Galaxy 500 4 door with 62k miles on it, but the bonus is that it has been in a garage for over 25 years and it has lived in the Arizona Desert since day 1. So as you can see my Teardrop build is
now surrounding that car which means I'm going to do my best to keep the build ideas era accurate for the 50's - early 60's, which I'm really looking forward to that challenge. What's the old saying? It's not the destination, it's the journey. I'm glad I found you guys here, as I can see any questions I may have no matter how mundane they may be it's good to know I have somewhere to turn. I'm a pretty well versed guy when it comes to building things and using tools and machinery, but I'm also smart enough to know when I'm not smart enough and to go either learn or ask somebody smarter, that's where this great site comes in.

So with that I look forward to getting to know you. Have a great night.
Adam
