- I joined this forum shortly after Mike started it. Since I've been gone for awhile, I feel that need to reintroduce myself. Back then the forum was somewhat more freewheeling & I got myself in a little hot water. Didn't get thrown off, but expressed my opinion on forum behavior privately to Chief of Police, Madjack, & a couple of others (forget having a civil discussion about climate change on the internet). Since then Mike made rules the & the forum seems more civil & PC, if you will. At the same time I experienced a personal tragedy. But more than any of that, I had to spend my efforts preparing for retirement. Now retired & living in the country near Greenville, Michigan. I certainly miss Alaska, but heck, now I have running water & indoor pluming.
- My first three teardrops were built before this forum existed & have recently built a fourth.
- I thank Mike. By maintaining this forum he has brought together & expanded knowledge on small camping trailers expendtually from what had existed seven years ago.
- I would especially like to say hi to old friends. And if it's ok, continue to share my experience for what it's worth.

- P.S. Mike, you might change my title to 'Ex-Farthest North Teardrop Builder' & pass the other on to whomever claims it.
