Hi Junkboy!

Thanks for the link! I really like the Kamp King build so far! If I had a good shop, I would definitely have a larger project like that in my sights. :)

Hi Lee:

Good luck with your build.

Our home away from home is Brookings Harbor, have family and friends there. ;)

Maybe we can meet up on our next trip.

Hi PappaW!

Would love to try to coordinate a group meet in Brookings. My FIL and wife love fishing there, so we go there often.

Hi Richard!

I am located in the Klamath Falls area. Currently too cold to do much in the outdoors, but the wife has a TON of indoor projects for me :D

Thanks y'all for the good luck wishes. Plenty to think of before going to the local Home Depot for supplies, but looking forward to building!

Hi Lee, welcome to the forum. Check out the Jefferson State section. There will be a couple of gatherings close by so you might want to stop by and check out what others have done to get some ideas for your build. Introduce yourself, we are a great group!

Welcome, Lee.
You are right in the backyard of our Jefferson State chapter. Check it out as we have a camp out scheduled in JS for mid June. If you'd like to see more of my neck of the woods, click on one of the links below. The Cooking Channel has some videos filmed in JS region (Joe's Skillet) with residents found within the area also. It's a GREAT group of folks and we have fun times when we get together.
