New from Minnesota

Postby barbhively » Tue Mar 19, 2013 4:33 pm

Hello

My husband and I have just started the design process for a teardrop. Our 20th anniversary is next year and we want to take a second honeymoon in one.

We are not new to camping and the trailer life. With three kids - two of whom are teens - we have a 32ft pull behind as well. But we wanted a teardrop for ourselves. For when we want to take the dog and go away for the weekend or something.

I found your site here and we have been watching from afar.

We just started the design - beginning with needs, wants, and desires. Things are not on paper yet - but they are getting close.

So - hello!

Barb and Chris

Welcome from a fellow Minnesotan! My new bride and I did our first honeymoon in our Tear this past August. If you want to check out some Teardrop Trailers, go to a local gathering. The St. Croix Chapter lists it's gatherings on the Tearjerkers web site.

Great to know Tim. We are wanting to take a look at some designs and talk to people about what they wished they had done, what they wished they had not done, and get some ideas.

I would be happy to help any way I can. Where in MN are you?
