Hello from SC

Postby BeachBaby » Thu Jun 13, 2013 7:44 am

Hello!
I have lurked for a long time and now that I have joined I am still lurking.
I have never seen a Teardrop in person, but I love the concept and think this is what I want.We have tried several other campers and none work for me. I am tired of packing and unpacking to go camping. I just want to go.
I am planning to build this summer with hubbys help. We have an older pop-up that is being torn apart and we plan to use the frame for our build.
Thanks to everyone for all the knowledge and hints and tips.
Dawn

Welcome! Have fun with your build! First tip is to go to a gathering and see some Teardrops in person. Nothing like seeing one to decide what you want to do with yours!

Dawn, Welcome to the forum. I hope you will share your build with us in :pictures: . I am so excited for you. I understand the "just want to go" and I too hate all the packing and unpacking. I have only seen one in person and did not get the opportunity to look inside but with all the build journals and pictures on here, I knew I could build. I am looking forward to seeing your build. Good Luck and if you need answers to your build questions they are probably here. This site is so informative. Drop by the Ladies teardrop section too. Good luck on your build.

Welcome to the forum, Dawn. I also built on a pop up frame, with a few modifications. There is a lot of knowledge, experience, inspiration and support here on the forum. Best of luck to you with your build.
