Hello all just wanted to say hi... gonna build my first tear on a 4x8 harbour freight trailer..... gonna extend to a 5x8... pulling it will be a toyota 4runner with a v8. I am considering using a kit.... from teardroppers ... anyone else use this.... would like feedback ... wanna get the skinned aluminum option and prefab doors... I listed my residence in galena il which is correct but my build will take place in cedar rapids iowa..... any members there???? Btw I'm Ed

Welcome Ed!!!! I have friends who live in Iowa and have been there several times. I made my teardrop on a HF trailer. It is somewhat easy. You will have no trouble putting it together. The biggest thing is cleaning out the goo in the hubs it is not grease. It is a packing goo. so clean the bearings out really well and pack em with grease and it is suggested to get a spare hub Since my purchase the HF company is not selling them but copy down the info off the seals and bearings and order extra.
