Welcome from a bit further south. We have a Teardrop that we like very much, but some of the decisions that went into the choices we made. The one important to you was the decision for an all aluminum frame. The two things that fail long term are wood and rust, and the all aluminum frame cures one of those nicely and reduces weight significantly. If I were ordering a trailer I would not have it wired and would not have the wood sheathing installed, You will need it off to add insulation and where you run wires and where you want them will differ than what the manufacturer is likely to install.
