Hello from upstate NY

I was almost done with a lengthy intro when I accidentally closed the wrong program. So as not to break any rules about profanity, please insert three or four of your favorite expletives here. I'll try again.

My name is Steve and my wife's name is Michele. We have yet to have a trailer, but are frantically, lustfully looking at teardrops. At this point, we are zeroing in on a Littleguy Silver Shadow 5x10. I would love to build but there are two things holding me back.

1. We have no garage or covered space to build on in.

2. The last thing I build was a bird house that collapsed and killed all the birds inside. (not really, but I have a hard time nailing two boards together.)

That leaves buying one.

Molemonks? you might ask. We have camped since we met (37 yrs). We used to have a pickup with a camper on back when the kids were little. Once, the kids saw some animal and wanted to know what it was. All I saw was a flash of fur. Not wanting to say I didn't know, I combined a mole and a chipmunk and said it was a molemonk. (yes, I chaned the spelling of "munk"). They were old enough to know I was full of molemonk droppings, but we then became the molemonks. The camper had an intercom so we could talk with the kids who rode in the back while we drove the truck. When we would start out, I would yell over the intercome, "And it's molemonks..." and the kids would answer, "On parade!" That meant we, the molemonks, were headed for adventure.

The wife and I still do it even though the kids have there own families. They do it too.

Well. long winded, but anyway, Howdy! :D
