I have been looking around the site and now think I am about ready to decide what to build. I am sure that I wll have lots of questions along the way. I am going to start writing down my decisions and will be asking for some input in the near future.

Thanks, will do. I am thinking 5X10 and building my own frame. I think I want it to have trailer brakes. My tow vehicle is a Tahoe but thinking it might help resell.
