hi all.

I was going to use a 4x8 HF frame, but I've decided to go with an ultralight frame, full up it should weigh about 320 pounds

the front wall will be a 2.5' qtr circle, then about a 5.75' straight down to the rear. i'm going to skin it with sheets of aluminum, there will not be any windows or doors in the body. it will open in the back like a Kampmaster with cordura 1000 sides and back.

it's designed so i can travel with my recumbent bike and still get fairly good gas mileage. the interior walls will probablhy be 1/8 plywood,

it's mainly being built as a hard sided tent that i can carry some stuff in.

I'm getting more details worked out before buying stuff.

i'm going to use timbren 400 axleless with alum fenders on a ultralight frame .

I'm going with fabric between the body and the hatch, going to use 7mm Sewing Keder and keder rail to attach to the hatch, button snaps to the body.

the front is going to be a 2.5' quarter circle, a little past the peak of the circle will be a piano hinge (mcmaster-carr) then a 5.5' long x 4' wide flat hatch. the hatch will go straight down (about 35 degrees) to the rear frame.

for an a/c i'll be building a tripod mount and a frabic sleeve so it will blow into the side through a square zip in window.
