Greetings and felicitations,

I have lurked, like everyone else. But it is time to sign in and get some more detailed assistance.
About me, 62 years young, non working, ex bartender manager F&B. I suffer from emphysema, so I need oxygen. I know, that's going to make it hard to go camping. Well, I have a square drop worked on it for about 6 months on and off during the summer months. Living in Reno, Nevada no winter working. I am ready to get out there.

Welcome and congratulations on your determination to get out there and do something. That is my philosophy also....from a mental point of view, nothing is going to stop me. But then reality does step in now and then.

Greetings and welcome to the forum. If I remember correctly there is another member who uses a oxygen concentrator. There are others who use CPAP machines. My understanding is Oxygen concentrators are big power users and I remembered a discussion on the Wind and Sun forum http://forum.solar-electric.com/discussion/18686/oxygen-concentrator-power-requirements.
