Hi guys and gals, I'm new here. No duh right? Well I own a 1965 Land Rover and go to several Land Rover events every Fall. My wife and I have been sleeping in the back of the truck, but in Massachusetts, it gets very cold in the late Fall. So she has told me we need to have a camper, but these events tend to be in farmer's fields, which means a very narrow gate to drive through. So I came up with a plan....I have several load beds from Land Rovers of the same vintage as mine, and the top of a full hard top. I'm gutting two pop-up trailers, cutting the chassis down to size on one, and using it as a base to build a Land Rover pop-up tag along trailer. I know not really a tear-drop, but it'll be about the same size, it'll match my truck, and fit through those narrow gates. And in case you're wondering what that truck looks like, this is it:

I'll start a build thread soon, this whole thing needs to be complete by the end of September when metal dash starts, that's the first event.
