We are looking at purchasing this unfinished project. At present moment it needs doors installed(which will be included in price) and for my personal tastes it will need to be reskinned.

The axle and wheels of your teardrop look like they are farther to the rear than most teardrops which may/would raise the tongue weight.

The axle and wheels of your teardrop look like they are farther to the rear than most teardrops which may/would raise the tongue weight.

It is sitting on top of a seadoo trailer. As it turns out, the wood has substantial rot. While it has new uninstalled doors, it needs more work than I want to put into it as it is quite small.

The quest continues for the right one or the right trailer to build one on.
