Could be spam. Take a closer look at the grammar. "These forum looks appealing" instead of "This..."
Now, the time stamp is early for us here in th' 'states, too, but that doesn't mean it's not a legit post from our international folks whose English isn't too good. But then who am I to point fingers...I don't speak English, either. I speak American!
