Another newbie from Britain

I'm a retired engineer from the UK and have spent most of my life building, rebuilding, and repairing things.

Over the years I've done my fair share of camping in tents of all sizes and trailer tents and now quite fancy building a teardrop, This would be based on the chassis of one of the 2 trailer tents that I still own.

It will have to be lightweight because it will be towed by my classic car, a 1956 Morris Minor with a whopping 1100cc (67 cubic inches) engine that developed 48bhp when new, it is nowhere near new now!

Looking forward to getting started but am not going to rush into it as I like to have most of the details worked out before I start.
