Thanks again.

The only thing that I am second guessing is the color. I ordered it in black because I really like black (when it is clean). My biggest concern will be the heat when I am staying in it. This afternoon I went down to the lot and checked the difference in heat between the white and black trailers sitting on the lot. I noticed that the black trailer was a little bit hotter, but both of them were stifling hot. The other reason I like the black is that living in MN it is nice to have a trailer that holds some heat. It will help with snow building up on the roof and turning the thing into an ice covered cube during the snowy months. Anyway, that is what I am telling myself. I am going to insulate the crap out of it and probably have an AC at some point, so I am not so concerned...

Insulation and roof vents will help considerably! My trailer is almost a beige, but looks more like a light wine color and the last few days have been in the nineties, but once the vents and windows are opened, the temp drops quite a bit ... opening the doors adds greatly to the ventilation. Even the screen door, windows, and roof vents make it livable at temp in nineties, if there is a small breeze. Coming from Southern Arizona, I typically avoid black auto and trailers just because they absorb so much more heat. 8)

I was in Phoenix in January. It was nice. If I ever decide to camp on the face of the sun I will go back in July :)

Being from northern MN it never really gets to 90 ever. I am more concerned about staying warm in the spring and fall.

And don't forget ... Keep the Skeeters out!!!

If all goes well, we'll be on the road late next week for Minnesota (moving there for the wife) and she wants to do some camping in northern Minn and up along the North Shore ... I will have to stock up on Deet!
