Stock cabinets in CTC sizes?

Converting Cargo Trailers into TTTs

Prefab cabinets are certainly quicker, but each cabinet comes with 2 sides. Which means that anywhere in the trailer that 2 cabinets sit next to each other there is wasted space and weight. All that is needed to separate 2 cabinets is a single piece of plywood.

The other thing that drives me nuts about prefab cabinets is that the drawers are (usually) 4 to 6 inches shorter than the cabinet :? Granted that someone who is worried about doors hanging straight might not get drawers to work (they need to be straight, square AND parallel)! Having a cabinetry guy pop on the finishing touches sounds like a good compromise.

It's not even that I'm awful. Apparently my skillset exceeds manufacturing standards of who ever made this commercially available cabinet found in a local store. This is apparently something someone will hang in their home, but if I did this in my trailer, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night. I hold myself to a higher standard. Now I'm leaning towards framing up and making sliding panels removable by pulling up on them. That would serve two purposes - they're easy to make and make right, and I could strip them all out and have no impediments for working up in the "V" - gas, water, electrical connections, etc.

It took me three years to build my teardrop with the few nights and weekends that I have free time. Although I have a two-car garage full of woodworking equipment, and made the cabinet cases and face frames, to save time I purchased cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and RTA dovetailed drawer cases.

This is where I purchased them: http://www.lakesidemoulding.com/wood-cabinet-doors/shaker-cabinet-doors/.
